I am excited to announce that I am making a bid for re-election to Blacksburg Town Council. When I ran for Town Council in the 2018 special election, and again in 2019, I pledged to execute the duties of Town Council with "Commitment, Integrity, and Transparency." To honor that pledge, I have listened to constituent concerns and have taken steps to ensure those concerns are considered during budget discussions, development reviews, and other town initiatives. And I have tried to bring a fair, balanced, and reasonable perspective to all my deliberations. My decisions have always been based on shared community values with an eye to the long term future and success of our town.
